NIU’s New Chicago Speaker Series

"IT In Our Personal Lives: Today and in the Future

A great tradition has started at the NIU Chicago Office and we want you to be part of it! This month’s NIUAA Chicago’s Speaker Series topic is “How the IT Industry Impacts our Personal Lives Today” featuring distinguished guest speakers, and NIU Alumni, Wheeler Coleman and Steve Goldman.

Wheeler Coleman is a corporate Vice President and the Chief Technology Officer at Health Care Service Corporation. With 25 years experience and leadership in Information Technology, Mr. Coleman will examine the effect of the IT industry on our daily lives.

Steve Goldman, Director of Enterprise Architecture at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, will present on “Weathering the Economic Storm While Keeping an Eye on the Future”.

A special introduction of the program will be given by Joe Matty, Executive Director of the NIU Alumni Association. A full appetizer buffet will be provided along with a cash bar. You don’t want to miss this great professional networking event! For more information call 815-753-1452.
