Ireland and The Solheim Cup
September 16 to 26, 2011

Ireland Our Ireland adventure takes us to Killarney, the Gap of Dunloe, Ross Castle, Dingle Peninsula, Blarney Castle in County Cork, Cashel in County Tipperary, the Irish National Stud Estate and Museum in County Kildare, Glendalough, Enniskerry and Dublin, with the beauty of mountains and lakes in between.

Castles, museums, battlegrounds, bogs, pubs and folklore all add to the character and charm you will find in every glen and around every corner. Our week of touring will conclude in Dublin with sightseeing and exploring at Dublin Castle, Trinity College, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, the Guinness Hop Store and much more.

For you golfers, we’ll provide options to attend the 2011 Solheim Cup competition. The Solheim Cup is an international golfing event that brings the best European and American female golfers on the planet together to do battle at Killeen Castle, County Meath in Ireland. We’ll also provide opportunities to golf at some of the most famous golf courses in Ireland during the week – Ballybunion Golf Club, Old Head Golf Links, and Waterville Golf Links.

Ireland brings back the joy of traveling with breathtaking Irish landscapes, historical forts and palaces, famous coastlines, and ancient accounts that mingle myth and legend. Whether you fancy the ragged landscapes and lush pastures of the Midlands or the lush greens of the golf course, the Celtic spirits will be with you. It’s a new, rejuvenated and welcoming Ireland that calls you to visit the enchanting Emerald Isle.
