Women's History Month Event

Join the NIU Alumni Association and the NIU Women's Studies Program for a presentation and reception featuring Jolene Skinner, 2006 Ph.D. in Psychology. Jolene will speak about Dell’s award-winning, work-life flexibility strategy as well as her role in promoting a winning culture and engagement through Tell Dell, the global employee opinion survey that over 60,000 employees complete each year. Currently Talent Management Senior Consultant at Dell, Skinner is actively involved in sustaining Dell’s global talent and developing leadership potential among its diverse employees.
The event will be held at the Hilton Chicago located at 720 South Michigan Avenue, in the Marquette Room located on the 3rd floor of the hotel. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., with the presentation beginning promptly at 6 p.m. A reception will follow the presentation with light refreshments and cash bar where you'll have the opportunity to network with prominent women from the NIU and Chicago communities.
