10th NIU Alumni Association Golf Outing in Partnership With Forensic Analytical Consulting Services, Inc.

Golfers will play a scramble with four players to a team. Don't have a foursome? Register as a single or twosome and we will match you with the rest of your team!
This year, we are partnering with NIU Athletics and the Brigham Novak Gridiron Classic. You can expect to see NIU head football coach Thomas Hammock, among other Huskie football legends and dignitaries. Hammock along with other NIU head coaches are expected to speak to the golfers following the scramble.
"This is going to be an awesome event and a great opportunity for our football alumni and the NIU Alumni Association to come together at a great golf course like Cantigny, especially coming off of 2020," former NIU quarterback and Mid-American Conference MVP Chandler Harnish '11, M.B.A. '17 said. "This will give a chance for all to network, regroup and reconnect our passions for both NIU and NIU Football and I'm looking forward to getting back for some games this year!"
Former NIU Alumni Association Board President and current Athletics Board member Pete Garrity, '71, M.B.A. '76 believes that the merger is going to be a rounding success.
"As a member of the Alumni Association and the Athletic Boards, I have been fortunate to play in both the Alumni and Brigham Novak Golf Outings," Garrity said. "Both are great events that have brought alumni back together to catch up and enjoy an afternoon on a great golf course.
"This year the Alumni Association and Athletics are partnering to host an event for all to enjoy!"

Packages include a round of golf at Cantigny Golf in Wheaton (one of the finest public golf courses in the Midwest), a delicious Bloody Mary bar (sponsored by 21st Century Spirits), boxed lunch, two drink tickets, cart rental, shirt, gift bag and a buffet dinner. Golfers have the option to purchase one Mulligan package per foursome. Can't make it out to golf? Guests may also purchase a dinner only ticket.
In the case of a weather cancellation, certificates will be issued to all paid golfers for a round of golf at a later date. Cantigny Golf will make the determination of an 'official' rain-out.
Ticket prices:
Single golfer: $175
Twosome: $350
Foursome: $700
Dinner only: $40

Golf outing information
Timeline
11 a.m. - Registration and morning check-in at the clubhouse.
11 a.m. - 1 p.m. - Bloody Mary Bar sponsored by 21st Century Spirits featuring Blue Ice Vodka
1 p.m. - Shotgun start, scramble.
6 p.m. – Bar opens at the Cantigny Golf Academy (cash bar or use drink tickets).
6:30 p.m. – Dinner buffet at the Cantigny Golf Academy (cash bar or use drink tickets).
Arrival Instructions
Please arrive early! Upon arriving at Cantigny, drop off your golf bag first; then park your car. Your bag will be placed in your golf cart. Then proceed to the main entrance to register. At registration, you will receive a gift bag, a gift, two drink coupons and a boxed lunch. Enjoy the complimentary Bloody Mary bar during check-in!

Each foursome will have a golf cart with an electronic yardage system.
