Susan Caplan, '79, is a known professional brand author, speaker, consultant and entrepreneur. She works with top Fortune 500 companies, schools, and organizations including: NIU, Northwestern University McCormick School of Engineering, Abbott, Allstate, Women in Technology Institute, Illinois Institute of Technology, Wichita State University, and University of Chicago Medical Center.
