Marty Johnstone

’09, Operations Management and Information Systems

Marty Johnstone has worked for seven years for the CME Group as an engineer/project manager with the Data Center Engineering team. In 2015 he began working for Austin, Texas-based RF Code as a sales engineer focused on pre-sales solution creation for customers.

He served as a volunteer on the Civic Information Systems Commission in Oak Park for two years.

Marty has served as president of the Huskie Marching Band Affinity Counsel (MBAC) since 2016. The MBAC is a group of passionate Huskie Marching Band alumni who organize the “Fill the Field” event at Homecoming and coordinate opportunities for alumni to financially support current students who are performing in the marching band. In the last two years, the group has provided more than $10,000 in assistance.
