Calling all cooks... Join NIU alumna and Healthy Culinary Instructor Rachel Koroscik, ’14,  for the Inaugural "Cooking with a Huskie" virtual event. 

Since receiving her B.S. in public health from the College of Health and Human Sciences, Rachel has been in the culinary industry as a health culinary instructor in the healthcare industry, combining her passions of gardening and cooking. Rachel says that cooking is her “passion, profession and hobby.”

Follow along virtually as Rachel creates yummy autumn appetizers, utilizing seasonal fall ingredients. Recipes for items being made will be sent out in advance, if you would like to cook along.
