This is no joke! Join Misson III and your fellow Huskies for a Charcuterie Board Workshop from 11:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m., on Saturday, April 1, at the NIU Campus in Naperville, Illinois.

Network, sip and eat while learning hands-on how to build a charcuterie board for any occasion. Enjoy mimosas, rare international cheeses, fresh fruits and cured meats. You will learn tips and tricks of the art of charcuterie boards and take home your own creation to share with friends and family.

Lan Li, Ph.D., professor of hospitality and tourism management at the NIU College of Business, will attend and share information about the Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Hospitality and Tourism Management emphasis. Attendees will have the opportunity to enter a raffle for the chance to win a Crate & Barrel item!

Advanced registration for this workshop is required. There are two registration options, including one for the event only and one that includes an NIU Alumni branded bamboo charcuterie board to take home!

Workshop and charcuterie board: $50 

For attendees not purchasing a charcuterie board in advance, boards will be available for purchase at the event. Each attendee will be able to purchase a maximum of one board at a discounted price of $10 (either in advance or at the event). Additional boards will be available for $21.55 each.
