Play With the Pep Band at Alumni Day

Saturday, Feb. 18

You're invited to perform with the NIU Pep Band on Alumni Day for the men’s and women’s basketball games!
 

Women’s game call time – 12:45 p.m. (Game time is 1 p.m.)

Men’s game call time – 3:15 p.m. (Game time is 3:30 p.m.)  

Members can perform at either the women's or men's game, or stay and perform for both. Stop by the NIU Alumni Association’s Alumni Day Reception in the South Lobby in between games! Tickets are only $6 and allow you to play with the band and watch both games. (You must purchase a ticket to participate.)
 

Music:

Since the pep band folder has over 50+ music selections to perform, they will choose a number of songs for alumni to join in on.  Once you are registered, an email with access to these songs will be sent to you.
 

Requirements:

• Energy and excitement to cheer on the Huskies!
• A music stand or way to hold music. 
• Your instrument. (Please register using the button below or email niumarchingbandalumnicouncil@gmail.com with your instrument information.)
• Dress code: Please wear your NIU Marching Band long sleeve shirt or your Red & Black NIU gear, along with black pants or slacks. No jeans.
