Roadtrip Through North Carolina

Trip Details
Ride along with us as we roadtrip through autumnal North Carolina. We’ll begin in Asheville, sampling craft beer and touring the Biltmore Estate, a prior home of the Vanderbilts. In Greensboro, we’ll visit the International Civil Rights Museum, the site of the start of the 1960s sit-in movement. In Raleigh, meet up with fellow Huskies for the NIU/NC State football game. You won’t want to miss it!
Trip Itinerary:
Tuesday, Sept. 24
• Departure from gateway city and arrival in Asheville, NC.
• Welcome dinner.
Wednesday, Sept. 25
• Morning tour of Biltmore Estate.
• Afternoon brewery tour.
Thursday, Sept. 26
• Bus to Greensboro, NC.
• BBQ lunch.
• International Civil Rights Museum tour.
• Bus to Raleigh.
• Welcome dinner in Raleigh.
Friday, Sept, 27
• Day of leisure in Raleigh.
Saturday, Sept. 28
• Game Day activities.
• Game time TBD.
Sunday, Sept. 29
• Departure from Raleigh-Durham airport to home airport.

Cost:
$1,995 per person, double occupancy. Single supplement is $500.
Deposit Information:
- $250 per person deposit.
- Non-refundable after 6/24/24.
- Final payments due 7/24/24.

The Tour Price Includes:
- Five nights lodging.
- Charter bus ground transportation in Asheville and Greensboro (as well as to Raleigh, and to/from the game).
- Tours of the Biltmore, breweries, and International Civil Rights Museum.

The Tour Price Does Not Include:
- Airfare, your incoming flight will be into Asheville, NC, and the outgoing flight will be from Raleigh-Durham.
