NIU Wrestling Season Kickoff

Saturday, Oct. 12

Join NIU Wrestling on Saturday, Oct. 12 from 12-3 p.m. at Hobnobbers in Sycamore, Illinois, for the annual Season Kickoff event!

This event is designed to build excitement and anticipation for our upcoming season. There is a $20 door fee, which covers all you can eat food and refreshments, meet and greet with the team. Hear from head coach Ryan Ludwig about the team and the upcoming schedule.

In addition, there is a silent auction portion of the event as there are items up for bid all throughout the restaurant and bar area. There are many unique items and experiences available such as pro football/sport team tickets, sports memorabilia, golf gear, golf experiences, hunting and fishing experiences, tons of NIU gear and much more!

All proceeds raised through this effort go directly to the student-athletes on the wrestling team as they travel the country in pursuit of the best competition to prepare for the NCAA Championships in March.

Join the wrestling team as they prepare for the upcoming season and cheer on the NIU football team with the game on the TVs in the area.
