allison-fishmanAllison Fishman, global brand director for Robert Bosch Tool Corporation, is a passionate leader who values motivating teams to achieve stellar results. She thrives on helping individuals view situations from fresh perspectives and ideate how they can leverage their strengths to create new opportunities. Fishman uses her curiosity and creativity to strategize the most effective marketing programs for the brand and her team.


Fishman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing in 2010 and an MBA in 2016. She also earned an Associate of Arts degree in translation and business German. After her undergraduate, Fishman earned the position of associate brand manager at Bosch and is now global brand director. She has demonstrated great success at Bosch during her eight years by implementing three multifaceted partnership marketing programs, oscillating category point of sale lift 90 percent, earning several accolades such as Marketing Innovation Vendor of the Year, Bosch Innovation Award, POPAI Best of Industry Award and the Bosch Gold Medal.


Fishman is involved in the Girls Forward Organization which is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to empowering refugee girls between the ages of 12 to 21 in over 30 different countries. Fishman is also a recipient of the Outstanding NIU Woman of 2010 Award.
