The Department of Public Administration, along with family and friends of MPA graduates, celebrated the achievement of 40 graduates at the Holmes Student Center on May 11. Pi Alpha Alpha National Honor Society awards were presented to students who achieved a GPA of 3.75 or higher. Read more ⇨

MPA Golf Play Day and Dinner

The 2018 NIU MPA Golf Play Day is just around the corner! Join us Thursday, Aug. 16, at the beautiful Bartlett Hills Golf Club. Registration is at 11 a.m. with a shotgun start at noon. New This Fall: Online Certificate of Public Management

The Department of Public Administration is excited to announce an online Certificate of Public Management program that focuses on local government administration.

This is a great opportunity for mid-career professionals to start graduate level course work. Students will belong to an online learning community of peers who are facing similar issues managing local government. Students can take advantage of discussions, readings and assignments that are focused on local government management challenges and opportunities.
