The Latino Alumni Council is focused on supporting Latino students and providing networking opportunities to alumni. Mission
The mission of the Northern Illinois University Latino Alumni Council is to maximize the academic and social experience of Latinos at NIU, to serve as a representative voice for Latino alumni and to assist in the unification of alumni efforts to further and support the interests of Northern Illinois University. These goals shall be accomplished through networking, advocacy and actively engaging Latino members of the NIU community and others.

Membership in the LAC is free. Click here to join the Latino Alumni Council email list. We encourage all members of the Latino Alumni Council to become dues-paying members of the NIU Alumni Association.
